About Us
Mitch and Christine are the owners of Sunset Point Estate. Married for nearly 30 years, they are the proud parents of five children and grandparents to five grandchildren. Some of their most meaningful moments have been spent gathered with family in this home, and it is their joy to share that experience with others.

Guest Story
Our family calls this home “Poway Paradise.”
My guests were coming up to me giving me high-fives in celebration the moment that we arrived. We found ourselves continuously sending videos to our jealous friends of this beautiful home and the incredible sunsets from the heated infinity-edge pool.
Not that there wasn’t plenty of things to do right outside our door. We hiked and played golf at Torrey Pines and Maderas, did some luxury shopping at La Jolla, explored the world class San Diego Zoo and enjoyed some great restaurants and wineries.
When you come, leave some days for hanging out at home! There is nothing better than having a deep tissue message delivered to you while watching a sunset or cooking a fabulous meal in the chef’s kitchen and watching a movie on the 8k projector while sitting in one of the seven leather recliners.
I’ve never taken the time to write a review this in depth, but THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I will absolutely be back if Mitch and Christine, the most gracious and patient hosts I’ve ever met, will have us. It’s as close as you’re gonna get to heaven on earth!
