Sunrise Point Estate is an expansive sanctuary designed for profound restoration. Nestled amidst rolling vistas, the architecture harmonizes with the horizon, offering a serene backdrop for both quiet contemplation and shared celebration.
Guest Access
Guests will access the property through a community gated entrance. A unique gate code will be provided prior to arrival, along with a garage entry code and a code for the interior door accessed through the garage. All codes will be shared before check-in for a smooth and easy arrival.
Neighborhood Highlights
Set atop five private acres on a hillside, the home offers exceptional seclusion and privacy, with nearly 360-degree views of the surrounding landscape. The setting feels peaceful and remote, while still being conveniently close to local attractions, dining, and outdoor adventures.
Getting Around
Private chauffeur services can be arranged for guests who prefer door-to-door transportation. Rental cars are also a convenient option for exploring the area independently. Recommendations can be provided upon request.

Designed for intimate yet spacious living, with over 9,500sf, the estate exquisitely accommodates up to 16 guests across our luxury private suites, ensuring comfort and privacy for groups of all sizes. There are 6 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 9 baths.

House Rules & Policies
To ensure a serene and restorative experience for all at Sunset Point Estate, we kindly ask our guests to observe the following property policies.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in arrivals are welcomed after 4:00 PM via our secure keypad entry, with final departures requested by 11:00 AM to facilitate our thorough estate cleaning protocols. Early arrivals or late departures may be accommodated by prior arrangement based on availability.
Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately — if it's minor, we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g., the TV screen!), we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
During Your Stay

Please do not share the codes with anyone who is not a registered guest staying at the property, including vendors.

There is a six-car max for parking.
PETS
While we truly love animals, pets are not permitted at Sunset Point Estate in order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
We gladly welcome service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability.
If you will be accompanied by a service animal, please notify us in advance so we may ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone.
COMMUNICATION
We get it — plans change, needs shift, and life happens. All we ask is that you keep us in the loop. A simple message goes a long way, and we'd much rather work with you than be caught off guard. We're here, we're responsive, and we genuinely want your stay to go smoothly — but that starts with open communication.
Smoke-Free Estate
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside areas surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance is permitted, including vaping.

Quiet Hours
Out of respect for neighbors and the peaceful nature of the estate, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor amplified sound must end prior to quiet hours.
Liability
Guests assume responsibility for their conduct and the conduct of all invitees.

A separate event agreement governs these bookings.
Gates, Doors & Wildlife
Please keep all exterior gates closed at all times. This helps prevent unwanted wildlife from entering and protects younger guests. Additionally, please ensure exterior doors are closed whenever you leave the room.
Children & Play Structures
Sunset Point Estate includes beautiful outdoor features and play areas. Children must be supervised at all times. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the safety of minors while on the property. Play structures, stairs, decks, terraces, and outdoor areas are used at your own risk.

IMPORTANT: The pool area is not fully fenced or separately enclosed. Extreme caution must be used at all times when outdoors with children.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for supervising minors while on the property, including all outdoor spaces.
Hill Driving & Access
Sunset Point Estate is located on a private hilltop. Drive slowly and cautiously when entering and exiting the property. Use care on curves and be mindful of other vehicles.
